Standard Shipping

Orders shipped by standard delivery arrive in 4 to 8 normal business days (M-F) for the continental US. Allow up to fourteen 14 business days for shipments to PO Boxes, A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

2nd Day Shipping (no Saturday delivery)

Orders placed with 2nd Day delivery Monday through Friday before 3:00 pm Eastern Time will ship the same day and arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 pm ET, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

2nd Day delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Overnight Shipping (no Saturday delivery)

Orders placed with Overnight delivery Monday through Friday before 3:00pm Eastern Time will ship the same day and arrive the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm ET, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

Overnight delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Shipping Carriers

We use UPS and the U.S. Mail. Small, non-fragile items under 8 ounces may also qualify for reduced shipping costs when shipped domestically via USPS. Shipping option will be offered at checkout if available.

International Shipments

At this time, we are able to ship international orders to Canada only.

Returns/Exchanges

Our Guarantee

We guarantee satisfaction with every product we sell. If an item does not meet your expectation, please follow these procedures to insure a prompt replacement or credit:

  1. Login to my account to request a return authorization number within 60 days of your purchase.
  2. Use a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or other Carrier of your choice.
  3. Complete the returns form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase.
  4. Send returns to: Wine-Accessorized Returns, 502 Meadowland Dr. Hillsborough, NC 27278 (we do not accept CODs).
  5. Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
